Scoretrak Fuel Program
This program allows Clients to use the JPL Scoretrak Card to purchase fuel and minor automotive related services at all participating fuel suppliers on the JPL Scoretrak program. Clients benefit from the convenience of using one card to acquire all fuel purchases and a consolidated monthly billing. Fuel transactional reporting is included with this program.

Scoretrak Maintenance Program
This program removes the day to day administrative tasks associated with managing the maintenance requirements of Client’s fleets. JPL’s maintenance department becomes the interface between Client’s Drivers and Suppliers for all vehicle maintenance and repair services utilizing the JPL Scoretrak Card. Requests for authorizations are monitored by JPL technicians and repair invoices are audited prior to payment to Supplier and rebilling to the Client. The following programs are included with this option:

Scoretrak Reporting Program
This program is available to all Clients subscribing to the Scoretrak Maintenance Program, Scoretrak Fuel and Maintenance Management Program, Scoretrak Fuel Program or Scoretrak Courtesy Pay Program. Reports capture data from all purchases made by use of the JPL Scoretrak Card or provided by Clients in an agreed upon format, and are available on an as agreed basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Reports provide relevant data on Client’s fleet performance for managing, planning and budgeting fleet expenses. The Reports available are:

  • Maintenance Record
  • Fuel Detail 
  • Fuel Exception  
  • Maintenance and Repair Cost Exception
  • Fleet Performance Summary
  • Replacement Projection Forecast
  • Fleet Inventory

Scoretrak Fuel and Maintenance Management Program
This program offers all the services included with Scoretrak Maintenance Management with the addition of Fuel Management. This option captures all vehicle related fuel and maintenance purchases and provides an optional comprehensive reporting package of Client’s fleet operating expenses. Programs included:

Scoretrak Licence Renewal Program
This program transfers the administration of renewing vehicles registrations, on an annual, basis from Client to JPL. Clients agrees to participate in the program by forwarding renewal notices received to JPL, to allow JPL to process the renewal on Client’s behalf, and to have Client’s driver perform this function where JPL is unable to provide this service, based on Provincial restrictions.

Scoretrak Taxable Benefits Reporting Program
JPL agrees to prepare for Client, on an annual basis, a taxable benefit report by Driver, including all required calculations based on the current provisions of the Revenue Canada Act. JPL will include in the report any additional expenses incurred outside of the JPL system, supplied to JPL by Client. Client must also provide personal and business kilometers driven by each Driver

Scoretrak Fleet Management Program
JPL will assist in your Fleet Administration and manage your Company’s Vehicle Fleet. These duties to include preparing vehicle selectors, forwarding them to Driver’s, responding to all Driver inquiries, ordering the vehicle, follow up on status and delivery. Proactive monitoring/approval of fuel and repair expenses and ensuring vehicles are disposed of in a timely fashion while maximizing resale. In addition we will validate all billing charges and forward to you for payment as directed. We will review your vehicle policy annually and make recommendations taking into account life cycle analysis and comparing your vehicle selection with other Fleets.

Scoretrak Driver Abstract Program
JPL will provide to Client a copy of Client’s Driver(s) vehicle driving record by Province of residence on an as agreed upon frequency. Client agrees to participate in the program to assist JPL in receiving Driver’s written permission to request this information based on Provincial requirements.

Scoretrak Emergency Service Reimbursement Program
This program is offered in conjunction with either the Scoretrak Maintenance Program or Scoretrak Fuel and Maintenance Management Program. This program is designed to allow Drivers to forward emergency out of pocket vehicle related expenses to JPL for data capture and reimbursement. All reimbursements to drivers will be billed to Client monthly.

Scoretrak Accident Management Program
This stand alone program eliminates the day to day management of vehicle related accidents.  JPL’s trained claims advisors manage the process from initial report to requesting subrogation, where necessary. All invoices are audited prior to approval for payment and rebilling to Clients. Complete accident and or collision reporting is available with this option.

Scoretrak Cardlock Fuel Program
This program allows Clients access to purchase fuel 24 hours/7days a week at all Cardlock locations using a third party’s card.  Card is restricted to purchases of automotive products in Canada. Purchases will be consolidated and billed monthly to Clients.

Scoretrak Accident Courtesy Pay Program
This program entitles Clients to have access to JPL to pay for accident related expenses on an as needed basis. All payments made to JPL Suppliers will be billed monthly to the Client.
